Shipping policy

Classy Crafts LLC offers the benefits of local delivery. If your address is within a 15 miles radius of our location you can choose the local delivery option and skip the higher shipping fees. The turnaround time for local delivery is 3 to 5 days. Your order will be prepared and inspected and then an email will be sent to confirm the delivery location. 

Classy Crafts LLC's processing time on all orders is 3 to 5 business days. Shipping times depend on the carrier you have chosen at checkout. On most occasions, once your order is processed and inspected it is shipped out within 5 to 7 days. 

Classy Crafts is NOT responsible for lost packages once it has been taken to the post office or UPS store. Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number to track your order and you will be provided a detailed shipping history. 

To ensure orders are not lost please ensure that your address is correct and free of any errors. Make sure to verify your home number as well as the correct spelling of your street. Also, make sure to include your apartment or unit number, if needed.
