Orders & Customization

Please double-check all sizes, names, spelling, colors, and customization details before submitting your order. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

Processing Time

Turnaround times vary based on the product, customization, and order volume. Processing begins after full payment and all required information are received. Rush or same-day service may be available for select items.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, all custom sales are final. If we make an error or your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the issue.

Sizing & Colors

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct apparel size. Product and design colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, materials, and printing methods.

Shipping & Pickup

Shipping time is separate from processing time. Please verify your shipping address before checkout. For local pickup orders, please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready.
